Design Wallpaper 110070: Rustic Ochre Mustard Yellow Wallpaper

Design Wallpaper 110070, called Rustic Ochre, is a warm mustard-yellow wallpaper with a rustic, earthy character, from World of Wallpaper’s Design X collection. It’s made to measure for your wall and it’s washable. The price is ₹9,499 per sq ft (MRP ₹11,250), and that includes Delhi NCR delivery and installation. The home visit is free, and you approve a digital preview before anything is printed.

Think of the sun-washed walls of a Jaisalmer haveli, a farmhouse kitchen in Tuscany, or a field of mustard flowers in Punjab in winter. Ochre is one of the oldest colours people have painted walls with, and it still feels warm, welcoming and full of life. Rustic Ochre brings that golden, lived-in glow into your home without the mess of lime plaster or textured paint.

Design X is sold alongside our designer labels like Sabyasachi, Versace and Nilaya by Asian Paints. It goes through the same measurement, preview and installation process.

Why This Wallpaper Works
Bright yellow can feel loud, and pale yellow often looks flat. Ochre sits in the sweet spot. It’s deep enough to feel rich and grounded, and warm enough to lift the mood of a room. The rustic finish adds character, so the wall looks aged and natural rather than freshly painted. It’s also a practical choice for rooms that don’t get much sun, because it makes them feel brighter and warmer throughout the day. The base is heavy-duty, washable and eco-friendly, printed with non-toxic inks.

Where This Wallpaper Fits Best
Living Room: One ochre wall gives the whole room a warm, golden mood. It pairs beautifully with teak or sheesham furniture, a white or olive sofa, and indigo or rust cushions.

Dining & Breakfast Nook: Yellow is a naturally cheerful colour for spaces where the family gathers to eat. Add a wooden table, cane chairs and a rattan pendant for an easy, rustic look.

North-Facing & Darker Rooms: If a room feels cold or gloomy because it gets little direct sunlight, ochre is one of the best fixes. It reflects warmth back into the space from morning to evening.

Cafés & Restaurants: Mustard walls feel inviting and photograph beautifully in warm light. They work for Indian, Mediterranean and farm-to-table concepts alike, and go up in a single day.
